Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up?
You're already in. Every unlyfresh.com account is part of the program from the first order.
Do my points expire?
They wait for you as long as you remain a customer: one order every two years is enough to keep your balance intact.
Can I combine them with other discounts?
Yes, no exceptions. Promotions, codes, free shipping and subscriptions.
How do I redeem them?
At checkout you'll see the Onlyfresh Rewards block below the discount code field. Choose the amount and click Redeem.
What if I return an order?
The points from that order are removed automatically. If you had already redeemed them, they go back to your balance.
Does it work in the boutiques?
Yes. Give your email at the till and you earn points just the same.
